Frustrated by an impractical layout with awkward curves and single steps, a complete transformation was the only answer for this acre property.  The design retained only the pool and mature trees while respecting and supporting privacy and security. The new design introduces clean lines, custom-cut travertine paving, and natural stone to create a modern, inviting garden for daily joy and events. A bespoke Corten steel picket fence and pivot gate establish a bold yet refined story. The travertine pavers were laid with precision, using only full and half units to maintain visual consistency. A fully reimagined pool, stone walls, and curated plantings reflect a commitment to restraint, style, and detail.
